Blue Skies for Children was created to raise hope and self-esteem by sponsoring enrichment programs and other essentials for homeless, low-income and foster children in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Programs include Little Wishes Enrichment Program, Little Wishes Instrument Loaner Program, Shoe Give Program, Winter Warm-Up Program and Driver’s Education Scholarship.

Sibling House Header
Sibling House services are available to all foster children in Region 2 for families who are providing care for siblings in foster care. Sibling House can assist in these areas as well as many others. Providing food, clothing, furnishings, access to enrichment programs, and even passing on vehicles that have been donated to Sibling House can help to lessen the financial impact of providing care to foster children.

The Caring Place provides free clothing, blankets, and hygiene items to families in the Stanwood and Camano Island community. The Caring Place is open to receive donations and distribute clothing on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 until 4:00 pm.
KidsDream Closet
Provides gently used/new clothing, household items, toys and many other items. Serving youth 0-18 years with an open DCFS case in Snohomish County. Treasure Chest
The Treasure Chest’s mission is to help provide clothing and other necessities to local foster and adoptive families so those families can concentrate on other more important things. King County


Treehouse for Kids Header
Treehouse’s Wearhouse is a free store where youth in foster care and their caregivers can shop for high quality new and like-new clothing, shoes, school supplies, toys, books, free tickets to events, and other essentials.Our store carries clothes for infants, children, and teens in all sizes. We work closely with our community to ensure that items in the store reflect current trends, brands and fashions along with the basics every kid needs.

Region 5
Pierce, Kitsap County



The New Beginnings Clothing Closet in Bremerton, in partnership with Kitsap Foster Care Association (KFCA), provides clothing for foster, relative and in-home dependencies. Open Wednesdays from 9am – 2pm. To request an appointment on a different day, call Jeanie Johns at (360) 265-3398. Located at 1410 Ohio St (across the street from Bremerton High Football Field).
Wishing Well Foundation
The Wishing Well Foundation is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) whose mission is to provide quality clothing to children 0-18 that are placed in the foster care system in Pierce County. The goal at The Wishing Well Foundation is to help address the immediate need that caregivers face when children initially come into care by providing quality, new and gently used, name brand clothing. To access their services, a completed referral form must be made by a Social Worker, GAL/CASA, or case manager.

The Cowlitz County Foster Parent Donation Center features new and gently used brand name clothing from designers such as Carters, Osh Kosh, Levi’s, Old Navy, Nike and many more. NW Children's Outreach
NW Children’s Outreach is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to helping families in the Portland area and surrounding communities. We help fill the needs of these families, providing clothing, infant care products, diapers, formula and many of the other necessities parents need for their children.
